Evangelist Dr. Omolewa Yetunde Ahmed is a distinguished humanitarian, accomplished business leader, and devout Christian. With a multifaceted background spanning education, finance, and philanthropy, she has dedicated her life to positively impacting communities and individuals.

Her educational journey began at the University of Ibadan Staff School, she later earned her Primary School Leaving Certificate from Victory Nursery and Primary School. She furthered her education at the renowned Saint Teresa’s College, Ibadan, and went on to attain a National Diploma in Banking & Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to obtain a Higher National Diploma from Kano State Polytechnic in 1995. Notably, she holds a postgraduate diploma in Banking & Finance from Bayero University, Kano, a Master’s in Business Administration from Anderson University, USA (2018), and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Management from Trinity Western University, Canada (2020). In 2019, she received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary Abeokuta.

Passionate about humanitarian work, Evangelist Ahmed has been actively involved in numerous initiatives throughout her life. Serving as the First Lady of Kwara State from 2011 to 2019, she expanded her role as the “mother of the state” and founded the LEAH Foundation, with a key focus on touching lives.
The foundation addresses socio-economic and health issues, benefiting children, women, youth, widows, the aged, physically challenged individuals, and the vulnerable.
In addition to her philanthropic pursuits, Evangelist Omolewa is the Chief Executive Officer of the LEAH Group of Companies, a conglomerate with diverse interests in finance, medicine, education, production, catering, and commodities. Her leadership reflects a dedication to business excellence and community development.

A devoted Christian, Evangelist Omolewa was ordained as an Evangelist at the Christ Apostolic Church in 2015. She serves as the Visioner of God’s Mercy Solution Ministry, where she passionately preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
